Lara Šubić Šuša

With a background in business and HR, Lara Šubić Šuša holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and an MBA, combining strategic business insights with HR expertise.
She began her career in 2005 as an assistant on the Employer Partner project, quickly advancing to coordinator. A pivotal moment came when she moved to France, where she explored international HRM practices. Guided by new perspectives and intuition, she returned to SELECTIO to lead the Employer Partner project, continuing her mission of improving workplaces and HR quality.
In 2023, she took on the role of Head of the Equal Pay Champion certification, the first initiative recognizing organizations leading in pay equity.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Amera Muftić is an accomplished HR expert currently serving as the Head of HR at NLB Bank Sarajevo. Prior to joining NLB Bank, Amera held key HR positions at leading financial institutions such as Sberbank and Raiffeisen Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she developed a deep expertise in talent management, performance management, and HR optimization.
