GROUP DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL FEES:
When you register for one day, we grant you a 25% discount on the current registration fee. Write a comment and a day of attendance in the notes.
When registering 3 to 5 people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 5% discount on current registration fees.
When registering 6 to 9 people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 7% discount on current registration fees.
When registering 10 or more people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 10% discount on current registration fees.
If you take advantage of group registration and then cancel the attendance of one or more people, we will adjust your discounts according to the applicable pricing policy.
For full-time students up to and including 26 years of age, a student registration fee of EUR 290 + VAT is available. When applying, enter the STUDENT in the notes and send a written proof to the e-mail prijave@planetgv.si.
All the above discounts are calculated manually after the application is submitted. Discounts do not add up. Please write your comments in the notes at the registration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Early bird fee is applicable upon registration and payment of the registration fee by the specified date.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to prijave@planetgv.si.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 business days before the event. The cancellation must be sent by 7 April 2023 23:59 in writing to prijave@planetgv.si. In the event of later cancelation or no show the fee must be paid in full.
If you cannot attend someone else can take your place, but please let us know.
