With over 30 years in the business world, Alan has founded two successful companies, both becoming leaders in their industries. He dedicated 14 years to the construction industry before founding LQ in 2004, a company specializing in improving skills, mindsets, and culture within organizations of all sizes.
To share his knowledge and experience, he authored the book BOOM: How to Organize a Modern Small Company, based on the philosophy of creating a sustainable self-organizing business.
At the age of 52, Alan handed over LQ’s management to his team and now focuses on his roles as a coach, writer, and lecturer.
