Miha Žove
Corporate HR Director at Hisense Europe Group
Miha Žove is the Corporate HR Director at Hisense Europe Group, which is best known in Slovenia for the Gorenje brand. He has over 15 years of experience in organizational development, process and change management, and strategic HRM. As part of the integration and transformation of the Gorenje Group into Hisense Europe Group, he played a key role in shaping the new organization and the strategic role of HR.
After completing his scientific master’s degree in change management, Miha further pursued an MBA at IEDC Bled. He is a board member of the Chamber of Electrical Industry within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, a member of the Metals Section Committee at the Employers’ Association of Slovenia, and a member of the negotiation group for the electrical industry sector.
