Katja Novak works closely with clients, advising them on how to successfully implement the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) within their organizations and promote it among employees. She ensures that EAP services are delivered in line with international standards and continuously evolve to meet the needs of both companies and individuals.
She also designs and delivers workshops on leadership, communication, workplace health, and well-being. With over 10 years of experience in individual counseling, Katja brings deep expertise in personal development.
Her educational background includes training in EAP, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and solution-focused brief therapy. She is also certified in providing psychological crisis interventions.
