Dr. Vesna Miloševič Zupančič just recently successfully defended her doctoral thesis in the field of organizational and human resource studies at the University of Ljubljana. She has 19 years of experience in the areas of youth, the labor market, youth employment, student work, and competencies. During this time, she became a leading expert in these fields. For the past 14 years, she has been working at e-Študentski Servis, the largest intermediary for student employment in the country, where she initially worked as an expert on youth and the labor market and currently holds the position of a expert director. Before that, she gained experience in national and international youth and student organizations. As a guest, she has moderated and participated in various international events such as conferences and roundtable discussions of organizations like the OECD, ILO, EP, UN, where she focused primarily on the topic of youth employment.
