In recent years, Tina Zafred has been working in the IT, where she has successfully cooperated with the largest Slovenian companies as an advisor. At Mercator, she leads the internal digitalisation and simultaneously transfers knowledge to employees as an ACTP ICF Coach.

Nataša Jelovčan is an experienced HR expert. At Mercator, she leads the development and selection. She is responsible for the employer’s brand and the development of key personnel projects.

At work, Tina and Nataša are driven by a passion for improving the employee’s experience. They focus on networking, an innovative view of the future and new approaches to work and the way of leading people, which they have also successfully introduced into Mercator.
