The Director of Human Resources at Maistra Hospitality Group has a rich and varied career history. From 2006 to 2009, she served as the Executive Director at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., where she was responsible for managing segments and products, as well as marketing and new product development. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2006, she worked as a consultant at the multinational company Deloitte for the CEE region. In this role, she led projects in areas such as strategic and organizational development, business process reengineering, and sales. Earlier in her career, from 1998 to 2000, she was a consultant at the multinational company Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. There, she participated in projects in Budapest and Vienna focused on business reorganization. She holds an MBA from IEDC Business School Bled and has completed an international school of organizational development and mentoring ISOD. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.
