Saša Štebe has been advising boards of companies and financial investors for over a decade, focusing on the recruitment of key personnel, succession planning, and career development of executive staff. She works with an international team across various industrial sectors worldwide and specializes in due diligence of leadership and human capital in mergers and acquisitions processes. Since 2018, Saša has been a member of the board of the Slovenian Human Resources Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, an MBA, and has completed training in mergers and acquisitions at the London Business School.
