Saša Fajmut has 13 years of experience in HR, working for multinational as well as domestic companies. During this time, she developed from HR Generalist to Head of HR with responsibility for people and organisations located across the Adriatic region. She gained experience in pharmaceutical, automotive, banking and engineering industries.
Saša joined Amrop in September 2016 as Director Leadership Services, working on leadership assessments and development for Adriatic region. Her last assignment prior to joining Amrop was Head of HR in a privately-owned company where she was responsible for establishment of all strategic and operational HR processes. She also worked for the largest banking group in Adriatic region for several years, where she was responsible for leadership assessment and development. In addition to this role, Saša contributed substantially to the design and implementation of many strategic HR processes such as a competency model, performance management, an incentive system, talent calibration, succession planning, career & development planning.
In all her HR roles, Saša‘s biggest focus has always been building a high-performance culture, raising the bar for the HR community as an internal customer service and being a true business partner to all management levels. She also led the audit process for Top Employer certificate which proves an employer’s excellence in HR practices and employee conditions.
Besides a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology, she also finished Executive MBA programme in Zagreb.
She is currently Vice-President of Slovenian HR Association, speaker, moderator, business coach and column-writer for The Slovenian Times.
