Nina Potisek is a partner and senior consultant at Competo. She has many years of management experience and over 20 years of practical experience in the retail and energy industry in the areas of law and HR. She has extensive experience in preparing and implementing process reorganisations and optimisations, setting pay models, preparing systemisations and reward systems, setting up promotion models and succession systems, and talent development. She also works extensively in the field of executive training and is involved in Competo’s search and selection projects as a consultant for executives and members of supervisory boards. She has served two terms as Chair of the Trade Section on the Board of the Slovenian Employers’ Association.
