Ksenja Hauptman is employed at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, where she prepares systemic solutions, leads projects such as measuring organizational climate and culture, conducts internal research, models business processes, and prepares their re-engineering. She is the management representative for quality and the project leader for the CAF (“Common Assessment Framework”) for which the ministry, as the first ministry in Slovenia, received the Successful CAF User award.
Her previous experiences in the economy are mainly in the telecommunications sector, in the field of leading qualitative and quantitative research, international benchmarking, and managing internal and external HR selection processes.
