HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERT AND MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EUROPEAN ORGANISATION DESIGN FORUM
Katarina Resnik has been working in human resources for more than 15 years, both at the local, regional and global level in international organisations. In recent years, her work has begun to delve into organisation design and organisational development. Through facilitation, implementation of change and other methods, she helps organisations develop the ability to introduce and adapt change and achieve greater efficiency by developing leaders, strengthening structures and designing systems for their operation. She obtained the Certified Organisational Practitioner Certificate from the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), where she also became a member of the Board of Directors.
