Jana Rožac is an expert on youth work and career orientation at the Employment Service of Slovenia, where she is currently managing one of the EU projects focusing on the improvement of youth policy measures. She holds an MA in Sociology of Culture and English Language and Literature and is currently a PhD Candidate on the topic of Talent Management.

At the workshop, we’ll highlight pivotal challenges in employment, focusing on the reasons to encourage hiring young talent. We will explore guidelines for recruiting and working with youth, as well as display the impactful services of the Employment Service of Slovenia for early career development, acquirement of skills for the future, and measures for the promotion of youth employment.
