#LOVE HR TOPIC

How to attract and retain generation Z?

How do you attract young people to your organisations and how do you retain the best of them from student work to full-time employment and beyond? What do they expect from you as employers? How do you write a job advert to attract them and what time of year is best? Did you know? Young people are making the choice today. If you don’t inform Generation Z about their lack of choice in student work, they will almost certainly not apply to you for any more jobs. Why don’t they answer your call and why do they go elsewhere after a few months? In this lecture, you will hear concrete experiences from the field, examples of good practice from Slovenian employers and results from Slovenian and international research in the field.
