MUCH MORE THAN JUST A JOB!

Why are “we” bigger than “I”? What does tillsammans mean in Swedish, and how does IKEA take care of combining virtues and maintaining a culture of cooperation? Why are the concerns of our employees also our concerns? How have we established a support framework to ensure employee income stability, well-being, flexible working, and the development of competencies that help people grow and enjoy success?
At IKEA, we stand by the side of many people, as we are one of them ourselves – even in the current crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the well-being, safety and protection of our employees remain paramount. We will share some of our experiences with you, as we believe that we can be part of positive change in the society by spreading good practices and defending our beliefs.
