Later, as an HR Manager at Lek d. d., he contributed to various leadership teams, managing talent development, change implementation, performance management, and strategic planning. In his current role as “Head of People & Culture” at Databox, Aljaž and his team strategically implement content focusing on organizational culture, leadership development, and individual career growth. Through innovative approaches, he fosters teamwork, emphasizing coaching and partnering to unlock the full potential of individuals.
